Track + XC

When I say I enjoy track, it is not because I am good. I recently got a 1:21.18 on my 400 metre dash. Yeah, not great. I was injured most of the season, and had bronchitis for the last half. However, I am excited to join the team (again) for the 2026 outdoor track season.

If you have never done track in your life, you should do it. It is painful, you will get injured, but it is absolutely worth it. The reward of getting your time and knowing you did your best is one of the greatest feelings of all time. If you PR, great. If you don't, thats okay as well. Just run!
